Looking for positions to cover **Manistee, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska and Leelanau counties.

Bachelor Level degree required for counties, Wexford , Missuakee, Ogema and Roscommon as further training and qualifications are required. *

Position Overview:

As a Parenting Time & Family Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing supervised parenting time between parents and children, offering hands-on modeling and basic techniques to promote healthy family dynamics. Your responsibilities will include coordinating visits, utilizing your personal vehicle, and leveraging smartphone technology to stay connected and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervised parenting time sessions ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
  • Offer hands-on modeling and basic techniques during parenting time sessions.
  • Coordinate visitation schedules and ensure timely communication with all parties involved.
  • Utilize personal vehicle for travel to various locations as needed.
  • Maintain accessibility via smartphone outside of visitation times for client support and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of criminal background checks, Central Registry clearance, driving record check, and drug screen.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle with appropriate insurance, and willingness to use for work-related travel.
  • Proficiency in smartphone technology and willingness to use apps for confidential communication with clients.
