This Role: The Business Solutions Support Specialist role will respond to business customer requests, contact, and sell technology solutions to our existing business accounts, learn, and perform all tasks in the Business Sales process and work collaboratively with some very competent and committed staff. Work in a fast-paced office environment addressing business customers\' needs and processing orders digitally. This position could be based out of our Cable or Phillips office, but also provides the opportunity to Work from Home if internet speed and home office setup meets the needs of the position. Education and Experiences Needed To Be Successful: These are some qualities we are looking for in our Business Solutions Support Specialist. Knowledge and skills usually acquired through a minimum of one year in a related field or the equivalent training and/or experience. Two to three years of customer service or sales experience. Computer literacy including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and software. Requires a high level of attention to detail, schedules, and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Enthusiasm, energy, and the desire to help and educate our business customers. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company and customer data. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Establish and maintain effective working relationships. Bonus Qualities: Being knowledgeable of the following topics will help get you to the top of our list. Internet and PBX experience. Knowledge of telecom procedures, and service offerings. Basic understanding of rural telephone terminology, business subscriber/community concerns, and changes in regulation and the marketplace.
