JOB TITLE: Client Services Coordinator People Driven Technology, Inc is a technology value-added reseller. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for partnering with internal teams, vendors, and clients on the implementation, management, and completion of PDT’s “as a service” offerings. This is a highly administrative role that will focus on IT projects related to the cloud, connectivity, collaboration, and data center. What You Would Do • Utilize an understanding of channel partnerships, terminology, services, and delivery in the VAR space to deliver exceptional client service • Process incoming orders for IT products and services, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to fulfill orders and manage inventory levels effectively. • Track the progress of technology projects from initiation to completion, monitoring timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Communicate regularly with customers, internal stakeholders, and project teams to provide Timely updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and facilitating effective communication between clients and internal teams. • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders or project timelines quickly and efficiently. • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all orders, project activities, and communications for future reference. • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects. • Provide reports and updates on order processing and project status to management and relevant stakeholders as needed. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in order processing and project management workflows. • Stay informed about industry trends, upcoming technologies, and best practices in order processing and project management. What We Are Looking For • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, technology, or project management, or equivalent experience. • 2+ years' experience in channel sales or channel support role. • Proven experience in order processing, project coordination, or a similar role in the technology industry. • Strong understanding of technology products, services, and terminology. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. • Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
