QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to demonstrate and maintain a good safety record

  • Excellent office skills including data analysis, basic financial reporting and advanced spreadsheets
  • Advanced computer applications skills including SAP, Concur, and Excel or the demonstrated ability to learn new software applications
  • Ability to handle multiple and simultaneous tasks to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Well organized and have the ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to maintain detailed accuracy while completing work on a timely basis
  • Ability to pass a drug test and a background check

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage all aspects of issuing, administering, and canceling the bank provided procurement card from initial request through cancellation.
  • Serve as primary bank procurement card liaison
  • Respond to cardholder requests on an as needed basis at unusual times.
  • Support the development and updating of training and certification for cardholders, supervisors, delegates and other administrators
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Concur related inquiries and configure Concur settings to support organizational needs
  • Support integration with travel service provider as needed
  • Prepare bank and Concur reports for management and other departments in support of accounting, operations, auditing and other business process needs
  • Review, validate and reconcile associated procurement card transactions within the bank, Concur Expense and SAP systems
  • Complete monthly reconciliation
  • Review and resolve unassigned, fraudulent or erroneous transactions
  • Monitor and validate data uploads from bank to Concur and from Concur to SAP as needed
  • Collaborate with BT team on data interchange between systems
  • Assist cardholders and delegates with expense processing, including coding of transactions
  • Prepare submittal of monthly bank payment with supporting documentation
  • Ensure procurement card processes are completed in accordance with established internal controls
  • Adhere to company safety standards and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
  • Ensure all actions are consistent with NorthWestern Energy's values, mission and strategic business objectives

Full-time position.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
