Our client, a leading independent metal fabrication company, is seeking a 1st Shift Robotic Welder to join their team. As a 1st Shift Robotic Welder, you will be part of the fabrication department supporting the production of high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a desire to learn new skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Robotic Welder

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $17-$24

What's the Job?

• Operate manual and robotic welding equipment according to specifications.

• Read shop orders and engineering drawings to determine specifications.

• Safely apply welds to produce completed products that meet quality standards.

• Perform quality checks and document information accurately.

• Assist with preventive maintenance on robotic systems and welders.

What's Needed?

• Experience running a Panasonic TA series MIG welding robot.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to quality and accuracy in work performed.

• One year certificate from college or technical school, or equivalent experience.
