Physical Therapist needed w/Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree or Foreign Equivalent in Physical Therapy or Physiotherapy and one (1) year experience as Physical Therapist performing following job duties:

Perform assessments, evaluations, identify diagnosis and treat patients with musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic conditions.Conduct therapy practice with ethical standards, standards of care and policies per law.Employ evidence-based principles of physical therapy to plan treatments. Review and interpret physicians referrals and patients medical records to formulate accurate diagnosis and treatment courses.Review patient's functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal patient functional outcomes and satisfaction.Document and record treatment protocols, patients progress and conduct discharges.Administer appropriate therapeutic procedures and interventions including soft tissue mobilizations and joint mobilizations, stretching and strengthening exercises and home exercise programs.Administer electric stimulation, ultrasound and heat/ice to manage patients pain, improve mobility and functional capacity.Update documentation, maintain prescriptions, signatures, and medical records to ensure compliance with health insurance requirements.Practice departmental health policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.Perform Dry Needling techniques on patients with active trigger points due to musculoskeletal injuries.

Must have MD State Physical Therapist License.

Hours: 40 Hours / Week

Monday - Thursday - 11:00am - 7:30pm (1/2 Hour Lunch Break)

Friday - 7:00am-3:00pm (1/2 Hour Lunch Break)
