Robert Half is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative/Order Entry Specialist for a long-term contract position located in the South Metro. The Customer Service Representative position will be a hybrid position with onsite requirements 3 days per week. The responsibilities of the position include:

• Entering and reviewing a high volume of orders to ensure accuracy.

• Communicating with multiple departments internally to provide shipment status updates.

• Providing shipment updates to customers to communicate any delays in orders.

• Documenting updates regarding orders in the ERP system.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Requirements of the position include:

• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service position with high-volume order entry tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortability navigating multiple internal databases.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Must live in Minnesota and be able to work Tuesday - Thursday on-site.
