Summary of Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential customers to securing a deal and establishing long-term partnerships Uncover new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnership Create detailed business plans designed to attain individual and companywide goals Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a deal and building long-term partnerships Present products & solutions to prospective customers and to close profitable sales Identify methods to maintain & grow profitability of existing NDS customers Provide professional support, after the sale, to maximize the success of the customer s brand and build loyalty Comfortable working across internal & external teams to ensure the success of the customer Maintain regular contact with customers to understand and continue to meet & exceed their expectations Rapidly respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer s satisfaction while maintaining the credibility of NDS Maintain accurate forecasts to assist in integrated business planning Negotiate agreements, document activities and record detailed customer data in NDS CRM Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
