Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36 - $47 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful assited living building in Burnsville, MN - Arbor Lane

Nursing schedule includes:

• 64 hours in two weeks

• Day/Evening shift

• Every third weekend

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan

• Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

• RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed

• Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

Required:

• Current MN RN license with the MN Board of Nursing

• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers(3 week grace period for BLS)

Preferred:

• Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

• Work experience in a patient support role, RN

• Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

• Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
