Fairview Health Services Director of Environmental Services in Burnsville, Minnesota

  • Special Class C Boilers License is required for this position

The Senior Care & Living Campus Director of Environmental Services has overall responsibility for multiple campus buildings and grounds in addition to leading all aspects of environmental services at Ebenezer Ridges Care Center in Burnsville, MN . Environmental Services in the Skilled Nursing Facility includes but is not limited to laundry, housekeeping, custodial, and maintenance staff ensuring that the care facility is a clean, safe, and odor-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

  • 80 hours every two weeks

  • Full time, day shifts

  • Weekends and holidays as needed

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care units, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Senior Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN.   • Supervises the SNF Environmental Services Department including but not limited to housekeeping, laundry, custodial, and maintenance staff

  • Maintenance of property building and grounds

  • Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments

  • Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors

  • Member of the Campus Safety Committee

  • Leads Emergency Preparedness implementation

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree; Required

  • Special Class C Boilers License upon hire; Required

  • Current Driver’s License (in good standing) ; Required

  • 1-3 Years of Applicable Experience Required
