What You Will Do:

As a Civil Project Manager you own planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. You will learn the resources available in our organization and will maximize utilization of resources in a collaborative manner. This role will have a focus on our municipalwater/wastewater market.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university, Master's degree in Civil Engineering strongly preferred with an emphasis in water and/or wastewater treatment.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer, ability to obtain Minnesota licensure within 6 months of hire.

  • 5+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.

  • Experience with client relationship management and business development.

  • Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with industrial business development and building strong client relationships

  • Experience conducting community meetings and communication

  • Project management of improvements to water and wastewater treatment facilities

  • Previous supervisory experience
