Posting Summary
Provide customer service to prospective and current students, faculty, staff and families in the College of Arts & Sciences. Understand and articulate university, college and federal regulations and procedures pertaining to the College of Arts and Sciences. Provide information about college requirements and services to students, faculty, and staff. Monitor inbox and phones for Student Services. Manage and oversee the faculty advisor assignment process. Coordinate outreach and communication to students who receive multiple academic alerts. Serve as primary Navigate (scheduling/advising) support for the college. Participate in College of Arts & Sciences events and activities, including but not limited to Orientation, Commencement, and Visitation Days.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree and one to three years related office experience in a customer service setting required. Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions required.
Desirable Qualifications
Anticipated Pay Range $21.03 to $22.56/hr
