Assist in the Community Support Programs serving adults in Chittenden County who live with severe and persistent mental illness. Work directly with clients in both an office and community setting. The RN\'s focus will be on developing nurse/client relationships to teach, research, provide, and access optimal health care services. This RN will also cross-train with other nurses in the team to support related programs as needed. Part time, 30 hrs/wk.
