Posting Summary

Project manage and administer the marketing production, tactics, and associated timelines for Professional and Continuing Education ( PACE ). Work with cross-functional PACE and UVM college and unit teams to coordinate and implement outreach initiatives in support of program marketing plans. Attend planning meetings; collaborate on ideation and brainstorming; network and gather data; and generate reports. Manage end-to-end marketing projects, production of creative assets, and track complex budgets from planning to execution to monitoring and optimization. Develop, maintain, and lead day-to-day vendor relationships and associated production; manage and validate marketing vendor partner and paid media invoicing. Project manage all planning and production aspects of prospective student marketing campaign and project creation including paid digital media campaigns, email marketing campaign development, print collateral, and marketing events—working in HubSpot, Salesforce or a comparable CRM system, and Smartsheet. Create efficient project workflows and processes that enable the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns more quickly and easily. Develop and maintain all project-related documentation – project trackers, budget, dashboards, requirements, dependencies, timelines, and internal meetings. Facilitate pre-and post-marketing data collection and analysis to effectively meet deadlines. Create, maintain, and distribute report details of projects and progress on marketing roadmap. Coordinate written content in support of email marketing, collateral development, and website program page updates. Recruit and coordinate student advocates in support of program marketing. Reports to PACE Marketing Director.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field and 5-8 years related experience required. Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable CRM system, and Smartsheet. Effective writing and editing skills, ability to evaluate and coordinate vendors to match project needs; effective analytic, interpersonal, and communications skills; knowledge of project management and experience in project planning & implementation; computer proficiency with email and office software, complex budgeting experience; and ability to work within a team environment.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience managing a wide array of marketing vendors and marketing projects.

Anticipated Pay Range $62,000 - $70,000

Special Conditions A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Bargaining unit position, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position, A probationary period may be required
