Join Our Team as a Senior Account Analyst, where you'll support our global branches in managing post-placement activities across multiple classes of business. Your expertise will ensure seamless processing, from contract analysis to claims handling, all while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze insurance and reinsurance contracts for accurate system entry and detailed reporting.
Handle invoicing, premium, and quota share claims, including current and run-off accounts.
Evaluate and process claims data, ensuring compliance with contract terms and company guidelines.
Provide exceptional client servicing from an accounting, collection, and claim perspective.
Navigate complex quota share and excess of loss structures, ensuring accuracy in all calculations.
Proactively identify and escalate critical issues to management for resolution.
What You’ll Bring:
Education: College or University degree preferred.
Experience: Proven background in insurance/reinsurance accounting and claims.
Skills:
Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel expertise.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
Ability to perform under pressure, managing tight deadlines with precision.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Team player mentality, with a commitment to keeping all stakeholders informed.
