Aston Carter Customer Service Administrative Assistant in Burlington, North Carolina

Description:

• Manages engine service program contracts, setup for new contracts, transfers, and re-enrollments.

• Manages overall customer information function with in-service data in an integrated database with customers contact information, service contracts, utilization rates (hours, cycles), pricing with yearly escalations and payment & cost history for financial billing and collection.

• Manage new and renewal pricing for ESA programs.

• Manages latest engine service contacts enrollment level and provides near term sales projections.

• Assists with development of fleet wide financial metrics for engine service programs profitability.

• Drafts and maintains engine service contracts.

• Assists with projects related to engine service programs.

• Maintain Fleet Utilization Data reflecting fleet growth and periodic statistical analysis.

• Fleet data forecasting support to Planning and MRO shop.

• User Access requests & authorization.

• Develop and coordinate marketing communication (Web portal, social media, PR, giveaway …).

• Conduct market research for current and emerging markets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience

 Experience in Customer Service/Marketing supporting a manufacturing or production company

 Experience with managing service contracts

 Experience in Maintenance and Repair shop experience considered an asset

 ERP (IFS) experience preferred

 Strong Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills

 Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills

 Ability to self-manage workload and efficiently manage multiple tasks

 Strong and effective communication skills

 Timely setup of engine service contracts

 Accurate fleet data utilization and forecasting

 Ability to present large data in an aggregate and succinct manner

 Accurate financial forecasts
