Summer Co-op 2025 - Mechanical Engineering - Burlington, Massachusetts

As a Summer 2025 Mechanical Engineering Co-op in Burlington, Massachusetts at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will be innovating, designing, testing, and marketing the way beverages are consumed worldwide. Shift/Schedule:

The KDP 2025 Summer Co-op Program will run from July 9 – December 5, 2025

Shift/Schedule:

• Full-time; 40 hours per week

• Monday-Friday

• 8:00am until 5:00pm

• Hybrid (T/W/Th in office)

As a Mechanical Engineering Co-op you will :

• Participate in design, planning, and integration activities for new products and sub-systems

• Work on a cross-functional team to solve engineering problems related to product performance, cost, quality or schedule

• Get hands on with our products by troubleshooting, prototyping and testing

• Work with our international Keurig team as well as external Contract Manufacturers

Elements of the KDP Intern/Co-Op Program include:

• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment

• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

• Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network

• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders
