Actalent Quality Test Engineer in Burlington, Massachusetts
Exciting Opportunity with a Fast-Growing Robotics Company!
Job Description:
Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive hardware quality assurance strategies.
Design, develop, and manage testing protocols for hardware components and systems.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans, test reports, and inspection records.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong preference for candidates with electromechanical experience.
Experience with robotic products and systems is a must.
Background in working with automation providers or OEMs of large equipment.
Preferred experience in reliability plans and testing.
Proficiency in problem-solving tools and methods such as DOE, Fault Trees, Fishbone Diagrams and creating Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
Familiarity with risk management tools such as DFMEA and PFMEA.
Highly preferred experience using a PLM tool like Omnify.
In-depth knowledge of verification and validation testing, along with production test equipment qualification.
Capability to work effectively in a quality/manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of product development tollgate processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $1600000.00
