Compensation: $45,760.00 annual salary
Location: Burlington MA Valid license, and reliable vehicle are required.

What We’re Looking For:
If you have a passion for supporting adults with Autism and a flair for creativity, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a professional who:
Has a BA in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field, OR an Associate's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Has at least 1 year of experience working with families, youth, or adults with Autism or serious emotional/behavioral challenges.
Is organized, a team player, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Has a valid MA driver's license and a safe driving record (because we might need you to get around town!).
Your Day-to-Day:
Here’s where the fun begins! As part of our team, you will:
Implement and monitor behavior support plans under the guidance of our BCBA/LABA.
Help our participants learn and grow through skill acquisition plans tailored just for them.
Work alongside an awesome team of professionals and collaborate with other staff members.
Provide direct instruction and support to young adults on the Autism spectrum.
Be part of something bigger, carrying out special projects and bringing your creativity to life.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in a structured yet flexible environment.
Who We Are:
We are a dedicated team of professionals who have chosen to join an organization with a forty year history of serving people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injury and autism in the community. At work, we are psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board certified behavior analysts, direct service staff and employment specialists. When we’re not at work, we love to hike, bike, craft, read, shop and sing opera, among many other things! Our staff of 350 have range of interests and skills and we know you do too!
