[Team Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting motivated individuals for assembler positions for a manufacturing company in West Burlington, IA. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of power tools, blueprint reading, metric measuring, and the ability to follow directions.

[Hours: [Concepts/Composites Dept. [1^st^ shift: 6:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Thursday)

[Responsibilities of the Assembler: ]{arial=""}]{arial=""}]{arial=""}]{arial=""}]{arial=""}

• Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Verifies specifications by measuring completed component
• Documents actions by completing quality and production forms
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Most be a team player and open to assisting in other areas as needed

[Requirements of the Assembler: ]{arial=""}

• Ability to use hands, sit, stand, walk, and reach within arm's length, stoop, kneel and crouch
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly. Able to use tape measure, pneumatic nailer, screw gun, table saw and train on other machines and tools necessary for daily production
• Must have good work history and be dependable
• Applicant must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must maintain a safe work environment at all times
