Description
Assistant Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department of Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is full-time and will work 12-hour Night Shifts to include rotating weekends/holidays for department coverage.

Manages and coordinates unit, directs and supervises functions and activities, interprets policies/procedures/protocols, standards and regulations as appropriate. Performs duties in any nursing capacity as needed. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age specific patient population (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics), and participates in related continuing education.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: MOAB I/II within 30 to 150 days of hire for employees in Emergency Dept. and PARC.
Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
Emergency Nursing experience
Leadership experience
MICN license
BSN or willing to obtain within 3 year of being hired

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
