    How do you excel in this position

    The primary purpose of the Sr. Sales Engineer (SE) role is to drive awareness of Stark Clean Power Systems Solutions by actively managing assigned accounts and territories to meet revenue and profit goals. The SE will collaborate with Sales teams across Stark divisions and externally on account management, sales strategies, goal achievement, project bidding, and pipeline management. Serving as a key technical resource, the SE will build strong professional relationships with customers, highlighting Stark's capabilities in delivering economic value propositions and resiliency benefits through clean power systems applications. This role involves promoting core competencies, achieving sales targets, strategizing with stakeholders, leading the sales cycle, managing project pipelines, and providing accurate proposals and technical/economic analyses to align with customer needs and support the sales process. Additionally, the SE will ensure seamless project execution, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide ongoing documentation and reporting to management.

    What are we looking for

  • Associate degree in engineering and/or other applicable technology space required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Ten (10) years' experience in the renewable energy space and/or power sector with experience in solution sales required.

  • Contract negotiation experience in energy storage/critical power or renewables required.

  • Experience facilitating and managing cross-functional projects spanning multiple entities in a fast-paced environment required.

  • Strong knowledge of battery systems, renewable power, related clean power systems , and their associated markets required.

    Additional skills preferred but not required

  • Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
