Jenny Bour with Robert Half is working with an exciting and growing construction company that is looking to add a Project Superintendent to their team! We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Superintendent to oversee the daily field operations of construction projects. The ideal Project Superintendent candidate will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day field activities to meet project milestones and schedules.
Enforce safety, health, and cleanliness standards on-site.
Review project plans and specifications to ensure constructability and quality compliance.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries.
Conduct regular project status meetings with owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and photo records of key milestones.
Oversee project close-out, including punch lists, as-built drawings, and final inspections.
Requirements
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of relevant construction management or field experience.
Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
Experience in medical, hospital, or clean facility construction preferred but not required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Problem-solving and time management proficiency.
Financial management and analytical abilities.
