Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with a technical edge? We are seeking a Sales Engineer who can propel our sales efforts and broaden our market footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background , stellar communication skills, and a proven sales record. This role involves engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, offering technical expertise, and delivering customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals.

• Identify and seize new business opportunities.

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships.

• Provide technical support and conduct product demonstrations.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and contracts.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

• Focus sales efforts on private fleets, including truck fleets, beverage distributors, and motorcoaches.

Essential Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in technical sales.

• In-depth technical knowledge of vehicle wash systems or related products.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, particularly in industrial machinery or customizable products.

• Engineering background .

• Technical aptitude: ability to communicate at a high level with the engineering team.

Work Environment

You will work directly with the Global Sales Manager. This role requires weekly travel for 2-3 days (approximately 50% travel), attending trade shows, and conducting site visits. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and work in a collaborative environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
