Job Description:

The incumbent is accountable for the supervision and organization of all office activities within the assigned department in order to achieve maximum expense control and productivity. Supervision will include decisions regarding hiring and terminations, as well as disciplining and evaluating employee performance. Position is also responsible for planning and implementing new processes, as well as establishing quality standards and goals for clerical operations.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree; 4-6 years' experience. Detailed knowledge of the rules and procedures of the department and hospital. Overall knowledge of the operations and policies of the entire system; maintains compliance with all policies/ procedures.
