MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Day Shift 6 am - 2 pm

Seasonal Work as needed

Refill Rock Salt containers; spread salt as needed

Responsible for Snow Shoveling; Plowing, running sidewalk plow, keeping walkways clear.

Lawn maintenance, grounds maintenance

Work on projects in order of priority - check board

Answers maintenance calls throughout the day

Maintain equipment & tools daily, routinely and seasonally

Helps with special projects as needed

Performs minor maintenance and repairs to building & property

Repairing building cracks; interior & exterior

Any additional jobs/projects that become a priority

Taking calls from Johnson Controls as needed, used as second maintenance number.

Coming in on off-hours when needed (will be compensated)

Filling in for Supervisor of Building & Grounds when he is out of the building

Assist with annual projects & improvements

Runs errands, Home Depot, deliver equipment for repairs, shopping, gas, etc.

Assist with Cafeteria garbage & final daily cleaning

Assist Building & Grounds Supervisor with ordering/creating PO's

Additional responsibilities as accrued.

PAY RANGE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE: $18 - $22 / Hour
