Job Description:

As a member of the Long Term Care Team, provides administrative coverage and support for clinical and managerial processes. In conjunction with Administration, assumes responsibility for all departments in the absence of a specific on site department head or administrator.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing preferred. Current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. CPR competency required. ACLS preferred. Three years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Must have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies. Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of Kaleida Health. Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally challenged and, at times, hostile clients of the facility.

Salary Range:

$64,786-$99,938 annually Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
