Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Specialist - Commercial Client Services - Procedure Writer to join their team. As a Lead Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting commercial client operations. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize complex information logically, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Lead Specialist - Commercial Client Services - Procedure Writer

Location: 4224 Ridge Lea Rd. Amherst, NY 14228 (Onsite)

Pay Range: $23 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Regularly review existing procedures to identify areas for improvement, updates, or corrections.

  • Revise documents as needed to reflect process changes, best practices, or regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain consistency in language, format, and style across all procedure documents.

  • Administer moderate procedures, analysis, tasks, and reporting for documentation associated with products or processes.

  • Research requests to a logical conclusion and execute remedial action.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience and a strong knowledge of commercial loan servicing.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical, research, and problem resolution skills.

  • Moderate knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and government regulations.
