Member Services Representative for one of our clients located in Buffalo, NY!

Direct Placement Must be available to work three (3) evening shifts a week until 8:00pm and/or 9:00pm We are seeking a full-time Member Services Representative for an outstanding career opportunity at our Buffalo, NY location. This position is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service and member support, taking inbound phone calls, and enrolling qualifying members into a copay assistance program. Assisting members in navigating the complexities and high costs of specialty medications pharmaceuticals to result in cost savings.

Job Duties: * Learn fundamentals of health insurance plans and pharmacy benefits. * Take incoming calls from members, identify and resolve questions or issues that arise regarding the prescription benefit plans and plan coverage. * Assist members in enrolling into appropriate manufacturer copay assistance programs to help them reduce their out-of-pocket cost for specialty medications. * Provide member support to answer questions regarding insurance benefit information and the copay assistance program.

Required Skills / Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED required. * 3+ years of customer service experience or call center experience
