    ABOUT THIS IMPORTANT ROLE

    This is a full-time, in-office scheduling role located in Buffalo, NY. Shifts vary, ensuring you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

    From the moment your day begins, you're the key to keeping everything running smoothly. As a Customer Service Rep - Scheduler, you'll coordinate with technicians, schedule appointments, and provide clear and professional communication to our customers. Handling phone calls and keeping schedules organized will be at the heart of your work, ensuring every day ends with satisfied customers and an efficient workflow.

    The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

  • Strong computer skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or dispatching
