A strong background in sales management, particularly in sponsorships and/or corporate giving, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth. This role is pivotal in expanding our sponsor network and optimizing our sales approach to achieve organizational goals. Position requires close working relationship with the operations, marketing, events, and food and beverage departments.Key Accountabilities and OutcomesSponsorship Sales:* Identify and target potential sponsors aligned with our brand values and strategi goals.* Develop and implement compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations* Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective sponsors* Negotiate sponsorship agreements to maximize revenue and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes* Track and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvementSales Strategy:* Assist in creation and execution a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets* Develop revenue streams for events and activations year-round* Collaborate with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities* Work collaboratively with marketing team to develop sales collateralClient Management:* Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on sponsor commitments* Develop and execute plans for sponsor engagement and retentionGeneral:* Assist in development of promotional material for the Buffalo Waterfront spaces, events, and amenities* Assist with inventory management, seasonal transitions, and strategic planning efforts* Assist with event and winter activation management, as assigned* Other duties, as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 3 years experience in sales management, sponsorship sales preferredProven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful partnershipsStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsTime management and project management experienceStrong ability to problem-solveSelf-starterAbility to work on feet for 8+ hours a dayAbility to lift 50 lbs.#OPS123#LI-LE1COMPENSATIONIn accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"),reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
