What You'll Work On

  • Independently lead projects to identify, plan and execute small to large-size projects across multiple different manufacturing sites globally.

  • Leads electrical engineering operations projects within a global engineering team to ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals.

  • Participates in Design review & design for manufacturer of new devices

  • Handles complex projects for scaling new suppliers and expanding and/or modifying the production lines.

  • Owns & builds relationship with component suppliers to ensure robust manufacturing process and quality controls are in-place at suppliers.

  • Provides critical SME support on resolving complex issues within manufacturing.

  • Coordinate and provide updates to senior management teams on critical business projects

  • May coach junior colleagues and allocate the project work to the most advisable contractors.

Required Qualifications

  • As degree

  • Must have 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Understand the business needs of the company and have a thorough understanding of customer needs as they relate to projects.

  • Previous experience in leading projects across a cross functional team.

  • Ability to work independently and in groups; ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills; critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to quickly gain knowledge, understanding or skills and is willing to learn.

  • Familiarity with cGMP, FDA and ISO regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical engineering, Masters advantageous

  • Prior experience in manufacturing & qualification of IC within semi-conductor manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in working with multiple manufacturing modalities.

  • Experience in working in front-end and back-end wafer manufacturing processes.

  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers.

The base pay for this position is $83,000.00 – $166,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
