Location: Buffalo Grove

Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts, Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule (Two days on, two days off, three days on, two days off, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment.

• Follow production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and achieve production goals.

• Adhere to quality control standards to uphold product integrity.

• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a rotating schedule.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

• Document errors and production notes

• Material handling (using a cart to move material from production floor to assigned areas)

• Lifting up to 35-50lbs

• Packing and sorting product based on job orders

• Labeling product according to guidelines

• Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work environment

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• standing for 11 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
