For our Hungary office are looking for a Content Specialist .


  • Support the business to enable content ownership to be devolved to the relevant owners in the teams and promote social engagement

  • Provide advice and best practice guidance on content structure and writing based on the intranet content strategy to maintain high standards and user-focused approach

  • Be involved in the ‘hands-on’ creation of pages based on content submitted by the business to establish a baseline

  • Participate in testing new functionality to assess help value to the business

  • Some basic editing; updating links, adding images, etc, and being able to support business users to ensure they are able to successfully do the same tasks

  • Once created, be a point of contact for the business to advise and consult on their activities and maintain appropriate governance of the platform, working closely with the Global Intranet Manager


  • Experienced in writing clearly and succinctly for an online audience to be able to advise business on best practice

  • Experience with online CMS system

  • Confident in working with business users

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Well-organised and self-managing

  • Patient, approachable, and userfocused

  • Able to explain clearly how to perform tasks to non-technical colleagues

  • Tactful and able to diplomatically explain to business users how to ensure their content aligns with brand and platform standards

  • Able to work independently whilst effectively coordinating with Global Intranet Manager and other colleagues

  • Focused on delivery

  • Good command of English: Intermediate spoken level or higher

Nice to have

  • Experience of working with online content

  • Previous experience with intranets beneficial but not critical

  • Able to progress several projects at the same time

  • Business requirements elicitation

  • Confident liaising with technical support team, if required
