Robert Half Business Systems Analyst in Brownsville, Wisconsin

Description

We are in search of a Business Systems Analyst for a temp to hire opportunity. This is a FULLY ONSITE position with locations in Brownsville, Neenah, and Milwaukee, WI. This is a non-negotiable so please- if you cannot commit to this no need to apply.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be tasked with identifying weaknesses in existing business processes and solutions, while serving as an internal expert for assigned business department(s)/division(s). You will also be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and other business areas, and participating in large, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities:

• Identify areas for process and solution enhancements within the business department(s)/division(s)

• Serve as an internal expert on business systems and database management

• Collaborate with IT and other business areas to bridge gaps and enhance efficiency

• Participate in large, cross-functional projects and contribute to successful execution

• Maintain proficiency with Microsoft Office and competence in the use of Microsoft Visio and Project

• Utilize knowledge of project management basics to assist in project planning and execution

• Generate different types of reporting such as SQL, Crystal, Dashboards, and Pivot charts

• Leverage experience with HRIS or Financial Systems for process improvement and solution development

• Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with business goals

• Develop and maintain process flow charts to enhance transparency and understanding of business processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

• Proficient in Business Systems

• Experience with Database management

• Understanding of Business Process Functions

• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL

• Experience with Crystal Reports

• Proficiency in Power BI

• Ability to create and interpret Process Flow Charts

• Knowledge of HRIS System and HRIS Analysis

• Experience in Financial Analytics

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting.
