Job Title: Blade Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Blade Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing helicopter blades, reading prints and schematics, and performing maintenance tasks. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to properly record work performed on maintenance records. Responsibilities

  • Repair helicopter blades.

  • Read and interpret prints and schematics.

  • Perform sanding, cleaning, and blade-specific maintenance.

  • Properly record work performed on appropriate maintenance records.

  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-year technical degree desired.

  • Interest, experience, and training in aviation.

  • Drafting and blueprint interpretation skills desired.

  • Reliable attendance.

  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn.

Work Environment

You will be working in a helicopter blade repair facility. The role involves using various tools and equipment, and requires attention to detail in maintaining high-quality standards. The work environment is dynamic and supports continuous learning and improvement.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broussard, Louisiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
