Danone Sr. Manager, RGM- Plant Based in Broomfield, Colorado

The Senior Manager Revenue Growth Management will lead development of the price pack, trade spend and other data-driven strategies that will drive profitable growth for Danone North America. The individual is passionate about delivering insights and has a solid financial and analytical acumen. This person is a results-oriented leader who can interpret data to build a long-term profitable growth strategy and gain alignment across passionate stakeholders. The selected individual will be a key leader in the growing RGM department at Danone. The team member will be responsible delivering fresh insights to the business and leveraging influencing skills to action against the insights. The individual listens carefully and can incorporate differing perspectives and business knowledge into an optimized proposition. This individual is part data curious, financially rigorous, and business savvy. The individual isn't afraid to ask questions or put forward novel ideas as they seek to improve business performance. Some of the tasks this team member will be responsible for:

Primary: Pricing and Trade: Lead pricing and trade strategy and recommendations for a key business unit of Danone North America. Develop annual, national price package plans including promotion strategy to drive market share and profitable growth Profitable Mix: Work to develop a consumer-based, multi-year price/pack architecture under the OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price, Channel) framework Promotional Analysis: Leverage insights from the RGM Center of Excellence and data analysis to improve promotional effectiveness. Planning: Support the annual planning process through the identification and quantification of key building blocks of the plan. Performance Management: Leverage tools and data to drive actionable insights based on performance in market to ensure that we are on-track to deliver our financial targets. Additional: Engage with business owners on key initiatives and work cross-functionally to develop richer insights regarding the commercial strategies and financial impacts including, Post-Promotional Analysis, Price Pack Architecture, Consumer Willingness to Pay and Market Analysis. Incorporate industry trends and best practices to Danone that will help propel the business forward. Interpret and synthesize data from multiple sources to develop strategies driven by the insights. Advance relevant, informative, and user-friendly, actionable strategies to help inform and influence decision making with key business stakeholders across all business units. Develop strong acumen in Danone's business processes, product portfolio, and become a business success ambassador.

Bachelor's Degree required (Preferably in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or other related field) Master's degree in Business, Analytics or 5+ years equivalent experience in the Consumer Packages Goods Industry or Consulting required 7+ years of CPG and/or Consulting Strong story-telling and influencing skills that can be used with both senior leaders as well as day-to-day business stakeholders A solid understanding of the P&L and key RGM levers to drive top and bottom-line growth Proven leadership experience and can motivate and galvanize a newly formed team A strategic thinker who is also data-driven and detail oriented Curious problem-solver who is comfortable tackling new challenges without a clear roadmap of how to approach Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, category and other teams Self-motivated to drive results Strong computer (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA) skills Experience with Trade Promotion Management Systems, and Syndicated / POS Data is required Ability to travel as needed

The base compensation range for this position is $125,000-170,000 commensurate with experience.
