Honeywell Sr. HR Business Partner - HRG in Broomfield, Colorado

Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner – HRG for our Broomfield, CO location.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive talent strategies based on local market dynamics and build high performing teams through effective and inclusive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to promote a culture of trust, respect, and commitment.

You will spearhead talent strategies and oversee project implementation to meet the organization's business needs across the globe and ensure HR processes are consistent while incorporating location-specific needs.

As a Sr. HR Business Partner here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in various HR projects including assisting with attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. Your expertise in talent acquisition will help us build a strong and diverse workforce that drives our business success.

Key Responsibilities:

•Make sure succession plans are up-to-date, healthy, and realistic

•Identify upcoming talent and find opportunities to enable career growth in the business and within the HR function

•Influence managers to engage their workforce and foster a workplace well-being culture that values inclusion and diversity

•Use a continuous improvement mindset to identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes

•Deploy HR solutions locally, building high performing teams and cultivating a pool of talented leaders, and managing change to improve adoption

•Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy to attract top talent.

•Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods

•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.

•Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.

•Conducting screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

•Streamline the sourcing process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and talent acquisition.

•Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.

The annual base salary pay range for this position is $85,000. - $107,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition

•Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization

•U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance

•Experience in recruiting for technical or engineering roles

•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
