Perform software engineering to define and execute software solutions. Drive the quality, vision, and strategy throughout a cross-functional team to attain consistency in both method and process. Introduce in testing best practices that consistently ensure quality is infused into the development process. Drive the architecture and implementation of an enhanced manual and automated testing process that supports CI/CD. Influence and support engineers to integrate testing into the development and build processes. Develop, maintain, and execute test plans for requirement/user story validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing. Write test cases in ZOLL's test case management system. Ensure proper tracking, oversight, and communication of QA efforts. Coordinate the tracking and reporting of key quality metrics to measure progress, quality, and efficiency. Review historical, existing and ongoing bug reports to identify areas needing specific attention. Manage testing status in our Issue and Project planning software. Position is fixed location based in CO office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be permitted.

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science or a directly related field plus five (5) years of experience as a QA Lead or related occupation developing professional software. Experience must include:

Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently): - Working with Selenium, SQL Server
