SWCA Environmental Consultants Part Time Assistant Asset Management Specialist - IT in Broomfield, Colorado

About the opportunity

The Assistant Asset Management Specialist is a challenging role that empowers you to own the lifecycle tracking of key SWCA technology including hardware and software. This position works with Technology Procurement and Technology Support teams to support ordering, purchasing, tracking, replacing, and removing, technology assets. This is a part time, temporary, hourly position based out of our Broomfield, CO office. Participate in various deployments of technology to new users and refreshing devices for existing users. Keep track of devices and licenses in ticketing and ERP systems - from the request phase to the retirement phase, including order tickets, shipping and receiving, recording locations and other notes, and recording certificates of destruction. Collaborate with Technology teams to identify opportunities for technology enhancements and upgrades. Ensure completion of Technology documentation for asset management and coordinate with peers and trainers to spread awareness and knowledge. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align asset and logistics methodologies with Technology and business objectives. Experience and qualifications for success

Familiarity with technology hardware and software, including laptops, tablets, and tools such as Microsoft Office and the Apple Store. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and superiority in attention to detail. Capability to deliver excellent customer service while operating in a fast moving and dynamic environment.

An employee in this Broomfield, CO based role can expect an an hourly rate between $22-25/hr. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
