Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am to 4pm
JOB SUMMARY
- This position is responsible for receiving incoming product, packaging and shipping customer orders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Receive, Pack or Ship daily
Assist in handling customer service issues as needed
Picking customer orders, loading and unloading trucks
Maintain required paperwork i.e. cleaning logs, PIV maintenance log
Operate a PIV – Powered Industrial Truck
Ability to work in other areas, as needed
Able to work overtime as needed
Maintain a safe and orderly work area
Keep in compliance of safety measures including the use of Safety vest
Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility
Complete training in area of responsibility. Training is required for changes in existing policies & procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies & procedures. Complete required periodic re-training in areas such as environmental health & safety
Assist with training and qualifying other team members to perform a variety of processes and operations

Physical Requirements Needed to Perform Position Functions
Lift/carry up to 10 lbs continuously, up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Bend up to 30 degrees, twist/turn, kneel/squat, overhead reaching, ladder/stair climb and sit occasionally
Stand/walk continuously
Frequently rotate activities/positions
Operate power/vibrating tools, torqueing/crimping, grasping-light, keystrokes, and out-stretched arms with both hands
EDUCATION AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
0-1 years warehouse or similar experience
Prior experience in the medical device industry is preferred
Able to work with proprietary software system as well as vendor supplied systems including SAP and Critical Manufacturing is preferred
Able to understand and follow Work Instructions
Ability to read, write, count and understand English
Basic knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations preferred
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Excellent hand and eye coordination/dexterity
Ability to learn quickly and to identify, logically analyze and solve work-related problems
Ability to learn overall understanding of process flow and resources within the organization
Ability to function independently as well as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain high work standards and concern for quality of work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.77 - $25.24. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
