Integer Lead Quality Technician in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

This position will work to maintain elements of Quality Management Systems (QMS) inaccordance with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 requirements as well as company protocols. Demonstrateleadership abilities in the absence of the Supervisor. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: QualityManagement Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and DrugAdministration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatoryrequirements. Uses measuring tools, measuring machines and electronic instruments to perform inspections in accordancewith authorized specification and quality control standards. Performs statistical analysis of data and develops new procedures to make accept/reject decisions. Develops protocols and reports and accurately documents reported results. Performs troubleshooting and makes recommendations, as necessary. Uses technical knowledge to developnew solutions for routine and non-routine technical problems. Creates programs for automated inspection equipment, performs program verifications, trains inspection andoperations on use of equipment and programs. Assists Engineers in the development of new measurement systems and processes, or in new applications ofexisting processes. Uses judgement and problem-solving skills to provide input in the evolution of measurement equipment,systems and processes. Mentors and provides leadership in the development of Quality Inspector/Technicians. Trains Associates on theproper use of measurement equipment and correct procedures. Assigns and coordinates tasks for thedepartment. May repair, modify and/or maintain systems and measurement equipment. Prepares necessary documentation and ensures paperwork compliance on all inspected items, including filing,scanning and verification of device history records. Interacts professionally with other departments to provide detailed data, analysis results and decisions. Performs other functions as required. Job Requirements Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's Degree in a technical field or othertechnical degree preferred. Minimum Experience: 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing or regulated industry. Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints. Has basic knowledge in the use of handgages, tool scopes and height stands. Experience measuring physical dimensions onparts. Advanced knowledge of GD&T. Experience with Vision-based CMM systems. Special Skills: Ability to read and understand work instructions. Strong verbal communication andorganizational skills.
