We are looking for a Patient Call Center (Triage)Clinical Support RN to support our locations in Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo, and Plymouth on a full-time (Monday - Fridayday shift) basis. This position has the ability to work from home 1 day per week. Professional Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in an ambulatory clinic setting and utilizes a systematic approach to nursing practice incorporating assessment, planning, nursing diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, recognized professional standards and Voyage Healthcare policy. The RN will collaborate with other health care team members when the need for assistance is identified and plays a critical role in coordination and delegation of care. This role supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. The RN will also maintain professional competencies for practice. Primarily responsible for completing nurse visits, administering immunizations/injections, assisting with procedures, completing patient teaching, and triaging symptom-based walk-in patients that present to the clinic. Previous clinic experience preferred.
