Comprehensive Pharmacy Services Associate Data Analyst in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

Associate Data Analyst CPS Solutions, LLC Home-based/Remote As afull time, exempt Associate Data Analyst on the Data Products teamyou will play a critical role in data extraction process from different pharmacy systems and build dashboards in Power BI. You will work within Agile framework and utilize Jira ticketing system. Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000 based on experience. MUST be able to work in the United States without restrictions Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field Understanding of relational database concepts Understanding of HIPAA requirements and able to strictly follow them to avoid data breaches Able to query database utilizing MySQL and SQL Server Proficient in Microsoft office products: MS Word, Outlook, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams Familiar with system version control Experience with PowerBI Experience with ELT process Familiar with AWS and/or Azure cloud. Experience with clinical and/or pharmacy domains is nice to have Understanding of pharmacy dispensing systems and/or Electronic health record systems preferred Familiar working in Agile framework MUST be able to work for any employer without restrictions or sponsorship RESPONSIBILITIES: Extract data from pharmacy systems. Troubleshoot data pull process if required. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Work efficiently within Agile framework and deliver data in timely manner. Cooperate with the team members, assist in code troubleshooting, review pull requests of team members if required. Work closely with manager and product director to understand and maintain focus on business analytics needs. Perform assigned internal and/or external cadence reporting.
