Regulatory & Compliance Analyst needed w/Master’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Drug Regulatory Affairs or Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science & six (6) months experience as Regulatory & Compliance Analyst performing following job duties: Responsible for Regulatory update with respect to DEA guidelines, FWA guidelines, OIG compliance, HIPAA compliance, MTM management, patient interaction, Mirixa management, patient interaction, PDMP compliance and management for filling of control Rx's. Perform internal audit of our overrides, billing over-dues, coordinate diagnostic codes entered in the system regarding use of prescription and non-prescription drugs and respond to discrepancies. Prepare the protocols and SOPs for regular operation of the pharmacy and keep updated with employees with respect to regulatory requirements. Support the research component of the pharmacy department through development of automated processes and reporting to improve efficiency and ensure compliance of health plan policy/procedures and regulatory standards. Responsible for medication inventory using the Prime Rx system. Provide the required State, Federal, Medicaid and Medicare laws compliance support and lead in the DEA regulations compliance including bringing together the documentation of expired controlled substance and inventory management of control substance consistent with the strategic plan of the company.
