Description

Oversee grant implementation, process and outcome measures, reporting. This is a full-time 40-hour week exempt salaried position, flex schedule. Travel required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Education Requirements:

Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology) licensure required. At least two years’ experience with grant or research project coordination/leadership, and two years’ supervisory experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Cultural competency is essential. Bilingual Spanish preferred due to project population.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensure comprehensive adherence to all granny required activities, maintain positive working relationship with SAMHSA project management.

  • Oversee and coordinate delivery of quality care through the interdisciplinary team.

  • Provide direct supervision of project staff in coordination with Outcomes Evaluation and other Executive staff.

  • Assist in fidelity assessment of project interventions.

  • Keep all required records and reports.

  • Arrange and participate in supervision and consultation with project consultants.

  • Disseminate information to project staff through supervision

  • Monitor all aspects of the Data Management Plan and work with Project Evaluator closely to ensure all measures are recorded

  • Organize and facilitate meetings for performance monitoring and quality improvement

  • Manage the project’s budget

  • Attend required internal and external meetings, including SAMHSA trainings to improve and expand overall project

  • Ensure training programs for the Whole Family Health Model

  • And other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable in EBP treatment of mental illness, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders with a strength-based, whole health approach.

  • Experience with developing and implementing service/protocols related to the need of a grant or research project.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse project team personnel.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, colleagues, public, other agencies and their staff, and third party insurance personnel

  • Demonstrated commitment of the value of diversity, equity and inclusion.
