Reports To : Director of Branding and Marketing

Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist implements and executes strategic marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Director of Branding and marketing. This role supports comprehensive campaign development, lead generation, and market analysis, ensuring alignment with True Ventures Group and its entities' overarching marketing goals .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development & Copywriting: Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. Craft clear and compelling copy for marketing materials, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and objectives.

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that complement the creative directions set by the Creative Art Director and align with the digital strategies managed by the Social Media and Content Manager.

  • Market Research and Analytics: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to provide actionable insights that help refine marketing strategies. Share findings with the Director of Branding & Marketing to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation programs that effectively convert interest into measurable outcomes, enhancing customer acquisition and engagement.

  • Event Management : Assist in managing marketing aspects of events and tradeshows, ensuring promotional activities are in sync with overall marketing objectives and visual aesthetics maintained by the Creative Art Director.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Regularly collaborate with the Creative Art Director and Social Media and Content Manager to ensure a cohesive marketing message and visual consistency across all channels.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the Director of Branding & Marketing, using key metrics to assess progress and areas for improvement.

  • Other Duties as Assigned: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and adapt to evolving business needs. This may include tasks outside your primary role but within the scope of your skills and expertise.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed marketing decisions.

  • Experience in SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Creative thinker who can use data and intuition to inform decisions.

    Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of its unique challenges and regulations.

  • Proficiency with content management systems, like WordPress, and applications like Google Analytics, Brandwatch for social media analytics and insights, and com for project management.

  • Knowledge in using advanced CRM and marketing platforms, such as HubSpot for inbound marketing, content management, and web analytics, Salesforce for customer relationship management and sales strategies, HTML and CSS.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration and utilization within the marketing strategy.

    KPI’s:

    In this role, success will be measured through a variety of performance indicators aligned with our company's objectives and operational standards. Candidates should be prepared to engage in goal-oriented work and be evaluated against clear, quantifiable benchmarks to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness in the position.
