Interior Arch't Plaster Crew Foreman/ Head Installer (New York City, NY) sought by KAMP StudiosJob Requirements:• New York City Site Safety Supervisor Certification (LL196)• New York City Supported Scaffold Certification• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) CertificationJob Description:Directly supervise and coordinate activities of interior architectural plaster crew. Serve as the point of contact between the owner and crew.Coordinate duties and schedules for the different crew members for the specific projects they are assigned to. Manage and delegate packing for each job site.Oversee quality of the project, from protection of adjacent surfaces to finished walls. Manage every aspect of the teams' responsibilities and duties for each day. Lead interior architectural plaster work at multiple job sites based on scheduling.Ensure the plaster installations match approved finishes and colors. Oversee detailing of each wall.Design the scaffolding system necessary for difficult-to-get-to walls and ceilings.Supervise fluted plaster installation/application from measuring the wall and laying out the design to completed finish. Ensure precise and careful cutting of flute tools for custom applications.Train new employees in all aspects of interior wall plaster installation, including, fluted plaster installations.Take inventory each day and ensure additional supplies and materials are ordered in a timely fashion.Duration:Full-time (40 hrs per week) Salary offered: $63,856.00/ yearResumes to K.
