As a Go-To-Market Product Manager in Embedded Finance and Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

You will provide leadership to our Go-to-Market vertical strategy, create better client and experiences, and deliver against critical initiatives focused on product delivery, sales enablement, continual process improvement, and the creation of a strong, scalable controls environment to protect our clients and the firm. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven leadership in cross-functional settings, possess a curiosity to learn and the ability to quickly apply those learnings to solve complex, high-impact problems. Soft skills, influencing change outside of your direct control, and effectively summarizing, communicating, and presenting tough subjects for discussion and decision will be crucial components for success.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

  • Provide structure and leadership to the development of Embedded Finance's revenue acquisition strategy in close partnership with executive leaders across the organization

  • Partner with internal partners across Payments to accelerate the rollout of emerging products (e.g., Embedded Finance suits, ISV 2.0, etc.)

  • Continually assess, solution, and execute against opportunities for end-to-end process optimization across product, sales, CS&I, and other key functional groups

  • Leverage product and sales insights to prioritize and deploy sales enablement initiatives to increase sales activities

  • Create an evergreen framework to create and maintain sales enablement collateral (e.g., Sell Boxes, Use Cases, FAQs, Pitchbook, Sales Playbooks) training and tools across all Embedded Finance Products

  • Partner with risk and controls stakeholders to provide leadership to controls initiatives aimed at protecting our clients and the firm from financial, regulatory, and reputational risks

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

  • Creative innovator with experience in sales content creation and management

  • Strategic thought leader with a track record of driving change

  • An effective collaborator and engaging communicator with the ability to inspire, influence and align various cross-functional stakeholders

  • Self-driven and organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute on multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Data driven with the ability to derive meaning from various sources of data and leverage that information to solve hard problems

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility across lines of business and functions, work well in cross-functional teams, and influence key stakeholders

  • Experience in Go-to-Market/Commercialization
