Job Title: E-Commerce Office Assistant

Job Description

Join our team as a E-Commerce Office Assistant to support our daily operations. You will handle customer interactions via phone and email, including inquiries about order statuses, invoice requests, and return requests. Additionally, you will address issues with carriers and utilize existing systems and programs to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.

This role is based in a combined warehouse and small office setting. Scheduled working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, located in Brooklyn, NY.
